They apply alongside our Shipping Policy , Return & Refund Policy , Privacy Policy , and any instructions, specifications, warnings, sizing guidance, or additional conditions shown on the relevant product page.

If product-specific terms conflict with these general terms, the product-specific terms will apply to that product to the extent of the conflict.

Purchases made from an independent marketplace, retailer, or other third party are governed by that seller’s terms unless expressly stated otherwise.

You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract in your location.

If you place an order for another person, household, or business, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, delivery, contact, and payment information.

Please review the recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state or region, postal code, telephone number, and email address before submitting an order.

We aim to present accurate product names, descriptions, dimensions, materials, colours, compatibility information, care instructions, specifications, and images.

Screen settings, photography, textile batches, material texture, manufacturing tolerances, finishes, and normal production variation may cause reasonable differences in colour, texture, finish, or measurements.

Curveroot products may include grooming brushes, deshedding tools, electric nail grinders, paw-cleaning products, bathing accessories, absorbent towels, dog beds, protective throws, pet-hair cleaning tools, feeding bowls, waterproof feeding mats, storage products, harnesses, leashes, car-seat protectors, portable bowls, interactive balls, rope toys, and related dog-care accessories.

Please review the complete product page before purchasing, particularly dimensions, sizing information, materials, charging or power requirements, weight or fit guidance, assembly needs, replacement-part requirements, intended use, and cleaning instructions.

Products and quantities remain subject to availability. We may update a design or component where the change does not materially reduce the advertised function of the product.

If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we may contact you to offer an alternative, wait for restocking where appropriate, or issue a refund for the unavailable item.

The price charged is the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of an obvious pricing or technical error.

Prices, promotions, bundles, and availability may change without prior notice, but a later price change will not alter an order that we have already accepted.

Applicable shipping charges and taxes will be displayed at checkout where they can reasonably be calculated.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply currency-conversion charges or other fees that are not controlled by Curveroot.

For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and local handling fees may apply unless checkout expressly states that they are included.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these destination-country charges are generally the customer’s responsibility.

After you submit an order, we may send an automatic email confirming that the order request has been received.

This acknowledgment does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

The purchase contract is formed when we accept the order by sending a dispatch confirmation or otherwise confirming acceptance.

Before acceptance, we may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including unavailable stock, payment failure, suspected fraud, inaccurate information, shipping restrictions, an obvious price error, resale activity, or quantities that exceed reasonable household use.

If payment has already been captured for an order that we cannot accept, the amount paid for the affected item or order will be returned to the original payment method.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charge, including any displayed shipping charges and taxes.

Payment processing may be performed by third-party payment providers.

We may conduct reasonable order verification or request additional information before dispatch.

If verification cannot be completed, we may delay, refuse, or cancel the order and return any captured payment as appropriate.

Promotional codes, introductory prices, gifts with purchase, bundles, quantity discounts, and free-shipping offers are subject to the conditions stated with the offer.

Unless expressly permitted, offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, applied to prior purchases, transferred, or used after their stated expiration.

If part of a promotional bundle is returned, the refund may be adjusted to reflect the value of the products kept and any minimum-purchase condition.

Where a gift was conditional on the purchase, it may also need to be returned, or its stated or reasonable promotional value may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

We will try to help, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing, packing, customization, or fulfilment has begun.

After dispatch, an order generally cannot be redirected or cancelled through Curveroot.

You may need to receive the order and follow the applicable return procedure.

Refusing delivery without authorization does not automatically create a refund and may result in return-shipping or carrier charges where permitted by law.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days .

Estimated delivery within the United States is generally 5–10 business days after processing . These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Curveroot uses a multi-location fulfilment model. Products in the same order may ship from different facilities, arrive in separate packages, and receive separate tracking numbers.

Larger products such as dog beds and car-seat protectors, as well as powered products such as electric nail grinders, may require different packaging, fulfilment methods, or carriers.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the order is delivered to you or to a person you identify to receive it, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If an item is damaged, defective, missing, incorrect, or materially different from the product ordered, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video where relevant.

Keep the product, original packaging, shipping label, accessories, cables, and protective materials until we have reviewed the request.

Do not continue using an electric grooming device with an exposed cable, unusual heat, damaged charging components, or another condition that appears unsafe.

Likewise, stop using a materially damaged harness, leash, feeding product, dog bed, toy, or other accessory if continued use may present a risk to the dog or surrounding property.

Eligible purchases may be returned within the 180-day return window described in our Return & Refund Policy .

Return eligibility, product condition requirements, required evidence, exclusions, return authorization, refund calculations, and responsibility for return costs are governed by that policy and applicable consumer law.

For hygiene and safety, feeding accessories, textiles, towels, used grooming accessories, pet-contact products, personalized goods, and certain used products may have additional return conditions unless defective.

Products should not be returned to the business address or to an address printed on a shipping label without prior authorization from Curveroot support.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the credit after a refund is issued.

Products must be used only for their intended purpose and according to the product page, supplied instructions, warnings, sizing guidance, weight limits, cleaning information, and assembly requirements.

Inspect products regularly and stop using any item that becomes cracked, torn, loose, unstable, excessively worn, damaged, overheated, or otherwise unsafe.

• Supervise initial use and confirm that the product is suitable for your dog’s size, behaviour, age, strength, and needs.
• Fit harnesses and walking accessories correctly and check straps, buckles, clips, seams, and attachment points regularly.
• Keep cords, charging cables, packaging, small parts, and detachable components away from unsupervised chewing.
• Clean bowls, feeding mats, portable bowls, grooming tools, towels, beds, and other pet-contact products according to the material-care instructions.
• Toys and play products should be inspected regularly and removed from use if they become torn, broken, or small enough to create a hazard.

Curveroot products do not replace veterinary care. Consult a qualified veterinarian regarding medical conditions, injuries, mobility concerns, skin conditions, behavioural concerns, or product use connected with a diagnosed condition.

Some Curveroot products may use rechargeable batteries, USB charging, motors, lights, sensors, or other powered components.

Available features, charging requirements, operating limits, technical specifications, compatibility information, and maintenance instructions will be identified on the relevant product page or supplied instructions.

Powered functions depend on factors that may include battery condition, compatible charging equipment, correct setup, appropriate maintenance, and normal operating conditions.

Stop using a powered product if it has damaged wiring, unusual heat, liquid intrusion, a damaged charging connection, abnormal sound, or another condition that suggests continued operation may be unsafe.

Powered grooming tools and similar accessories do not replace supervision. Use them only as directed and keep them away from children and unsupervised pets when not in use.

Products are supplied with any express warranty or guarantee stated on the relevant product page and with all rights required by applicable consumer law.

We do not exclude or limit any warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curveroot is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the purchase contract was formed, or for loss resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, improper assembly, failure to follow instructions, ordinary wear, incompatible accessories, or events outside our reasonable control.

Where liability may legally be limited, our total liability relating to a product purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product.

This limitation does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, severe weather, natural disasters, labour disputes, customs action, public emergencies, supply interruption, network failure, or government restrictions.

Where possible, we will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of such events.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

A failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.

You may not transfer your rights under a purchase contract without our consent. We may transfer our rights or obligations where doing so does not reduce your legal protections.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller, subject to mandatory consumer protections available in the place where you live.

Courts or dispute-resolution bodies with mandatory jurisdiction retain that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms of Purchase from time to time. The version in effect when your order is accepted generally applies to that purchase unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise.
